Shipments within the US
- Standard shipping orders ship from our California warehouse in 1-2 business days (or up to 4 days during holiday shipping season).
- We do our best to include a notice when shipping times are longer than usual.
- Please contact us at info@playtimeengineering BEFORE placing your order if you have shipping questions.
Local Pick up
We offer local pick up from our offices in San Francisco. Select "Pick Up" at checkout and we'll contact you to arrange a pickup time. Questions? Contact us at orders@playtimeengineering.com.
International Shipments

The Blipblox ships from California via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to most international destinations. Delivery expected in 8-10 days, but this is not guaranteed.
Shipments to the UK and EU: We've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK that are under £135 and all orders to the EU that are €150 and under.
For countries where DDP is not an option, we offer DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Duties, taxes and fees are not included in the DDU shipping cost and will be due upon delivery.
