Refund policy
REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item should show no signs of use and be in the same condition as you received it.
A full product refund will only be issued if product is returned in original box with all accessories included. Once we’ve received and inspected the unit we will issue a refund, minus a return shipping fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cables, small accessories, apparel, products sold as "B-stock" and products sold as "used" are not eligible for a refund.
Partial refunds may be granted when:
- Any item not in its original condition, does not include original packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- We reserve the right to charge a fee if products are returned used, or are missing or have damaged accessories.
Late or missing refunds:
- You should receive an automated refund receipt once the refund has been processed in our system.
- Refunds are processed to the payment type used at purchase (Credit Card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Amazon Prime and others).
- Refunds can take 2-3 business days to appear as a credit.
- If it has been 4 business days since you received the Blipblox refund notification, contact your bank.

SERVICE AND SUPPORT
We stand by our products, and we are happy to repair or replace your Blipblox for you free of charge within 1 year of your purchase date (our standard warranty). Please contact us at hello@blipblox.com with your issue and we will let you know next steps for repair or replacement.
